Hi,
recently bought a pack of 3 climate sensors. One out of the three does nothing when I push the reset button after removal of the battery sticker. No flashing light, neither device detection confirmation from Sense Hub. The other two works just fine, no issues.
Any idea ?
I had the issue as well. Try removing the battery and putting it back in. It may not be making contact with the terminals. Also, check the battery to make sure it is not dead.

I thought the same but if I open it warranty goes. Or ?
No, I am saying open to change the battery. Remove the Battery and put it back in making sure all contacts are touched. Battery replacement does not void the warranty.
