Climate system doesnt work

I bought 3 climate sensors model WSTH1 and the hub. They worked for a while then stopped. I replaced the batteries. One of them worked the others didn’t. I put the good one in the freezer and it reported 0 degrees. I took it out to see if it alarms when it goes over 32. It did not.

Any ideas before I send them back?

When you say “alarm” I assume you just mean a notification on your phone or were you expecting something else?

I assume you went into settings and made sure you set the “Notify me when Temperature rises above” toggled on and set on the one below it (not above it) to be “32” degrees, right?

Note that the official operating range is only 32 degrees to 104 degrees.

Yes. I want notification when the temperature goes above freezing.
We lost 2 freezer loads of food when a previous freezer inexplicably warmed up.
Yes I made the settings to notify me.
I understand the range is from 32 to 104
I can lve with only one of the three working, though it smells,
But it must send me a phone notification so we can rush back and see what is up.;

Makes sense. I haven’t paid close attention to my climate level notifications lately. I will have to see if they stopped working for me too.
