Cannot connect to Wyze Outdoor Camera away from home

I cannot connect to my Wyze Outdoor camera away from home. I am able to connect away from home to my 2 other Wyze cameras (Original Wyze camera), but not to my new Wyze outdoor camera. I have force stopped the Wyze app. twice, reboot, etc. I connect the Wyze base for Wyze outdoor via ethernet cable.
Any suggestions?

I have never had the issue. I just checked my 4 WCO using cell data about 20 min. ago when I was 10 miles from home no issues. I’m using iOS and cell provider is Verizon.

Mine never worked either. I have to drop the stream to 360p
