I’ve noticed that my cameras have difficulty connecting to my app when I’m away from my home.
Being in just the cell network or a stable wifi connection appear not be make any difference. I have a 2018 Android phone. I have the most recent Wyze app.
We’ll need some more information here… have you cleared the cache yet? Have you disconnected from your wifi on your phone while at home and connected through your cell network? Do you have different camera versions or all one version. Do you have other Wyze products, which ones?
