Cameras won't connect when I'm away from home

I’ve noticed that my cameras have difficulty connecting to my app when I’m away from my home.

Being in just the cell network or a stable wifi connection appear not be make any difference. I have a 2018 Android phone. I have the most recent Wyze app.

Why is this? How do I fix this?

Seems to be a common problem as of late. Maybe read the other many posts?

I’ve been having the same issue. I was able to check on my dogs when I’m at work but now my cameras won’t connect to my app on my phone. Please help!

We’ll need some more information here… have you cleared the cache yet? Have you disconnected from your wifi on your phone while at home and connected through your cell network? Do you have different camera versions or all one version. Do you have other Wyze products, which ones?
