My experience with that (the chatbot) is hit-or-miss…lots of misses.

I think that’s a good plan. If it doesn’t work out the way you want, you can always just disconnect Chime Controller’s white wire from FRONT (if my supposition about your chime is correct). You could even install a small physical toggle switch if you want to get fancy. :grin:

Yeah, I don’t know when they changed the feature or moved it (they apparently still need to update the Help Center article), but you can now control that option in two places:

  1. From the app Home screen:  Account ➜ Notifications ➜ Push Notifications ➜ Virtual Calls
  2. From Video Doorbell v2’s live view screen:  Settings ➜ Virtual Calls
