Hi I can view a vid of a guy vandalizing my vehicle but for some reason I can no longer save these videos to my phone to send to the cops. I had this happen once before and it was easy to do. The camera has an sd card in it. Do I have to remove the card and put it in the computer then sift thru all the video? Seems a bit much. Is this because I don’t pay for the cloud service? I have the video on my camera and can view it. I should be able to download it!
