Looks like a raccoon that got its tail fur stripped or has mange.

We have a resident racoon, whatever is in the video does not walk like a racoon.

At first glance I thought it was a bear, until I saw the tail at the end, then I realized I had the scale all wrong and it had to be a possum. It totally has a possum tail and walks exactly the same way.
