I have an active annual Cam Plus Unlimited plan subscription through the Apple AppStore. I show it is valid through April of 2025. When I log in on my.wyze.com and access my account, it won’t show me live views because it says I don’t have a subscription. It shows all of my cameras so it’s obviously linking my account, I just can’t see a live feed. Events show up.
Support told me to contact the AppStore. Not sure how that’s supposed to help as Apple is just a pass-through. Either Wyze received payment for my subscription or it didn’t. Gotta assume they did since it works fine on the iPhone.
Welcome to why we constantly tell people NEVER buy a subscription via the App Store. ALWAYS buy subscriptions directly from the Wyze. Otherwise you end up exactly where you are - each pointing at the other for the problem. And BTW, you pay a premium for going through Apple.
And in case you are wondering why Wyze allows you to buy subscriptions via the App Store, as I understand it, they are required to allow it by Apple (and I assume Google).
