Bought CamPlus, but never showed up on my Iphone App

Hello there,

Hope all is well. I’ve bought a 1 year subscription for CamPlus and paid through paypal. Per instruction, i need to go to my account, and activate it under services. However, there is no “Cam Plus” under services and i’m pretty sure i used the same email address when purchasing.

I’ve been trying to call the customer support phone number today but noone picked up yet. Any advice on this or how should i create a support case?

The only help I can give is to make sure the email addresses are the same. I do know support is closed today but your best bet is to call them tomorrow.

Thank you. I reached out today, and Louise from the support team told me to wait at least a week for the subscription to show up. I will give it some times and come back later to update the topic just in case someone else has the same question later then. Thank you.

So we lose 1 week of Cam plus even if we pay it ?

What I was told by Rodrigo V in chat a few days ago was that the subscription doesn’t start until we activate it on a camera. I was also told it would show up in a week, but on the other thread about this issue, one of the posters has been waiting more than a week already and it hasn’t shown up. I’ve got a DM to a Wyze rep with screenshots of the issue included and he’s promised to look into it from the back end. We’ll have to see what happens.

But it tell me the subscription have bgan the 6th. So 3 days ‘‘waste’’.

Mine has 12/03 as the renewal date, so I lost six days, but it could have been worse.
