Can’t believe I paid $99 for CamPlus and it doesn’t show up on the app. I see it in my wyze account I have read this is an issue. I read the FAQ and one option is to subscribe to the service again? What? Where did this unlimited account get assigned to?

When you go to the app and click on Account > Services, do you see Cam Plus at the Top? It should be there and have a slight underline on it.
If you see it lower down on that page will have “Unlimited Cameras”. If you see that, scroll to the bottom and select Add Camera.
You don’t see any of these, then I would log out of the app, restart the phone and log back in. This will refresh your app and pull the information back down. Or you can uininstall the app, then install it again, after a restart of the phone. This will ensure you have the latest copy of the app and a fresh pull from Wyze for your services, devices, etc.
I am also going to see if I can get eyes on this for you. Can you please go to Account, scroll to Wyze Support and submit a log, Wyze may ask for this as well. Once you get the log, please post it here.
