iOS Wyze app: ‘You’re already subscribed to this’, but can’t use Cam Plus

When I try to add my only camera to Cam Plus, I am met with the paywall page asking me to subscribe to Cam Plus. I am already subscribed through the iOS App Store. When I click the button for Cam Plus, it asks me to subscribe again. I have confirmed with Apple that the subscription is active and paid for.

At this point, I must conclude this app is faulty.

What can I do to fix ?

Unfortunately you bought ANYTHING via the iOS App Store. NEVER EVER do so. That tends to result in a finger pointing exercise between Apple and Wyze with you trying to resolve the issue. BTW, Apple also jacks up the price for the additional hassle.
Always buy through the Wyze website.
