CamPlus subscription - cannot cancel

I’ve been trying as of today many time to cancel my camplus trial before it goes into $$/month but find myself impossible to do so: on the web account / services page does not load and in the app at Account / Services / Manage Subscription it says ”plans can’t be managed in the app”.

Which Browser are you using? I have found that if you clear cache and restart the computer, it seems to come back.

Also, if you have a VPN or Pop-up blockers, it could cause issues as well

What happens when you click on the Face icon at the top right? You should be able to logon again

I have no adds blocker. Same issues on Win11 Chrome / Edge and on MacOS Chrome / Safari. And no, clicking on the Face icon did not help since I’m still logged in the whole time.

Sorry but if this issue is not solved before I get to be charged with subscription on 9/11 when my trial runs out: I will return the camera to Costco and report the issue as the reason…

Did you purchase plan via Wyze directly or through the App Store?

The new cam v4 comes with a new trial and I choose to accept it during activation

Did you go to the sevices webpage or activate via app?

I have never done it via a trail so not sure how that works.

Possibly it purchases through the app store, check the app store your phone uses Android Play or Apple maybe the subscription was setup via the store??
