CamPlus no longer recording

Please forgive me if this issue has already been discussed,






and if I’m posting in the wrong forum. I tried searching, but I’m not sure what to search for.

I’ve been a Cam Plus subscriber for over a year and have been happily getting full length videos and event notifications until the recent 12 second vs. event snapshot change. My cam is no longer recording ANYthing ANYwhere. I haven’t made any changes to my settings. I had a lengthy discussion about this issue with the Wyze Core Community Facebook group without any positive results. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have Detects motion turned on (Required for cloud recording).
Your V3 is set to record events to the SD card. Does the card have any events on it ?
I have one V3 with cam plus that has been doing continuous recording to the 64GB SD card for 13 months and it still provides the full motion events on the events page. Check and see what the card says. I formatted this card yesterday at 10:52 AM, recording in SD mode.
