For some reason I cannot view video from my pixel 8. I continue to get Error code -10. However my wife’s iPhone works perfectly.
Did it ever work? Sometimes an app update can hose things, can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Has never worked on the pixel. Have updated the app several times, deleted it and reinstalled it at least twice and updated the firmware as well. Nothing helped.
Odd, are you using a VPN on it or anything like that?
Even though you uninstalled and reinstalled, try going in the app itself and doing “clear cache”, then go into android settings and do the same there for the wyze app. I’ve noticed some apps don’t remove their data when uninstalled.
I appreciate your help, unfortunately nothing you have suggested has worked and I have tried them all. I would also not that I do receive notices when vehicles pass the camera. I just cannot receive any video on my Pixel. For the record I have several other WYZE cameras and all the others are working perfectly.

Just some more background.
Currently I have 7 devices. 2 WiFi Smart Plugs, 1 Floodlight Camera Pro, 1 WiFi Smart Light Switch, 2 Cam v3 with Color Night Vision and 1 Cam Pan v3. Currently the phones are an iPhone 12 and a Pixel 8. All the devices seem to be working perfectly with the iPhone. However I cannot get any video from the Floodlight Camera Pro on the Pixel. I had an old Samsung device that I rescued from the garage charged it and updated everything on it (Android, Wyze App) and tried on that phone but it has the exact same problem as the Pixel, despite all this the iPhone still works fine. Sorry but I am stumped, any advice ?
