Cam-v3 not loading livestream

Hi,

Am based in the UK and for the past week I haven’t been able to load livestream or view events since the last update. Has anybody else had this problem?

Have been through support and tried everything they suggested but no joy.

Have you changed router/modem settings or added new devices recently? How about ISP applying changes/updates if ISP supplied equipment?

No the only thing different was the update last week. Support haven’t been able to help . Have had the camera for 2 and half years no problem.

Last week? The last V3 firmware was released last May; 4.36.14.3497

Have you rebooted the modem/router? Try that and after that reboot the camera/s.

Maybe they installed beta 4.36.15.4389

It was a app update Android:3.8.0.715

Yes, rebooted, deleted camera deleted app. Factory reset, nothing works.

Will be looking for a new camera, definitely not a Wyze

There’s an Android update v3.8.1(718). Maybe try that?

Me too, no signal shown, no live view, wyze needs to fix this problem asap

Check the version numbers; they’re different.

Yes, after the last update I’ve experienced a few issues with the v3. If I back out of the loading live stream once or twice, it will finally load. At times if I let it sit on ‘Step 1 of 3’ for a minute or so, it will finally load. The other issue is you can no longer zoom in and skip 30 seconds without the screen reverting back to a zoomed out screen. This is happening on multiple Android devices (phones & tablets).

Even after trying your recommendations I still can’t get my Pan Cam V3 to connect to the app.
