My cam v3 goes offline and my new camera which is a wyze camera stays online. When I take my phone in front of the cam v3 it goes online and works but then the other camera goes offline.
Better description of what you mean by “offline” please. That can be interpruted several ways. When I saw the subject I thought one thing, but reading the message I don’t think that’s it.
Until the OP chimes in with more info, I would power cycle everything (Wyze cameras, modem / WiFi access point and device with the Wyze App).
Perhaps exceeding the device limit of router/AP but not really sure what they meant by when they bring their phone near the camera it goes online. That would have nothing to do with it. They don’t talk directly to each other.
Edit - actually, it could make sense. If beamforming is enabled in the router, that could actually explain why bringing the phone near the camera brings it back online. Disable universal beamforming always, it is garbage.
