Getting cam Plus and I pay for cam Unlimited how does that happen?

Unlimited is just CamPlus for 99 cameras.
Yep… Mostly… Unlimited does have a few extra features that plus doesn’t have:
- Friendly faces
- Monitoring tab features including Smart modes (self monitoring alarm stuff)
“Services sharing” - Critical Alerts (iOS)
Probably some other stuff. But mostly the same.
What was up with the recent offer for 30 days free CamPlus when I already have a paid annual cam plus unlimited subscription? Did I lose out not taking it, although I didn’t see any terms and conditions exclusions.
