Since AUG 20-2021 after the APP updates my V3 cams are Detecting vehicles as motion and not an AI event, I get the notification, but I have to turn motion tab on before i can play the vehicle detection video. IF I just go to the EVENT Tab I will not see the video because it is titled as Motion detected. And if I have to turn on the Motion tab then I see 100s of Motion clips from my 7 cams to sort from, which defeats the purpose of having 3 CAM plus account, I have submitted Logs (279191 & 287299) clips, pix and tickets, also made several calls but no resolution yet

I get no detection at all of vehicles, motion or sound. Today my dumpster was taken and it did not detect it. How?
No new detection when we came back to the empty driveway until the second time we walked in front of the camera. Before that we parked in the driveway, got out and went inside without detection.

I only seem to get vehicle detections if they are parked. The AI is worthless and junk!

I am also having this issue. I get constant alerts to “vehicle” but it’s my PARKED vehicles in my driveway. I am on the CamPlus trial and so far, hate it! I have one camera that past the trial and it works so much better without the CamPlus on it. Odd, this same camera was on our driveway when it was also in it’s free trial period and it did NOT send me false vehicle alerts like this new camera. It’s a hot mess!

The AI is beyond broken and whoever approved it this way should be fired! Having the AI give a notification because some event triggered it and yet all it sees is a parked vehicle is worthless. No one cares about a parked vehicle, all we care about is what caused the motion and that’s what the video would be labeled for! Do you hear us Wyze?!

This was the last update on a Fix it Friday about the AI and moving vs parked vehicles. It is being worked on.
Ok but it was working just fine before the update to my IOS phone on 6/17. It was not alerting to parked cars at that point but since the update, it is. Also, they already implemented the “detection zones” when I got my camera in May but like the parked vehicles issue, it was working in May when I installed the V3 but after the update, it’s ignoring my detection zone settings. Now I get alerted with vehicles in the street passing by and their headlights shining on our parked cars. It was not doing that before this recent update. I get constant alerts now for shadows (wind blowing), bugs, parked vehicles in my driveway, cars on the street that is excluded from my detection zone. Now as of today, I am not even getting notifications like I was just 24 hours ago…I mean ZERO alert notifications vs the hundreds (we have 3 cameras) we were getting from June 17th. It was a great app before this last update. So good in fact, we dumped our other system for this one. Then the update came and sadly, the other systems actually works better though it has issues as well when they updated their UI in the app. They even were forced to roll it back to the previous UI but nothing worked the same after. So I’m disappointed in Wyze because I thought I found something better but that only lasted 40 days. Now I’m looking at another system.

This actually sounds like a different issue than the one I referenced above, however this is also one we are looking into and have requested help from users so we can track it down.
