Cam Plus Unlimited Fail

I purchased 2 Floodlight V2 cameras off Amazon. I now have a total of 3 cameras. The first Floodlight Cam V2 was working fine with Cam Plus and all the features were accessible . When I installed the 2nd Floodlight Cam V2 I had the errors when adding Cam Plus (3 cameras) so I decided to update to Cam Plus Unlimited. This unfortunately broke all the advanced features on both Floodlight V2. Now I only get prompted to purchase Cam Plus or Cam Plus unlimited on BOTH of the Floodlight V2 cameras. My cameras are attached to my account I can see them when logging into Wyze online. However I still cannot unlock any advanced AI features of either cam now. I’ve been through all the troubleshooting steps multiple times. I’ve even gone as far to uninstall the app and reinstall on my phone. Completely uninstalled the cameras and reinstalled with no change. When attempting to use advanced detection settings or notification settings I’m only prompted for purchase or upgrade Cam Plus. If I step through the Cam Plus Unlimited service, I get a message I already am subscribed and then a success message. I am still unable to select any advanced features. Please help I am at a complete dead end after calling and messaging support. Two days troubleshooting and paying for a service that I can’t even use. My card was charged 6 times for Cam Plus unlimited while trying to troubleshoot this on my own. Luckily Apple helped me on this. I see posts about this happening to people for over a year now an Wyze is not doing anything about it?! Wyze support ticket # 4099729. Diagnostic log # 1603659.

Edit: Wyze Support is telling me there is nothing they can do, they will not troubleshoot any further and I have to wait for an update. I find it really hard to believe this is a known issue they’ve been dealing with this for over a year now and no solution?

After posting this I just tried and some how magically have all the advantage features turned in and working! Who ever you are thank you for fixing this properly!
