Cam Plus Subscription Issues

There seems to be a disconnect between my CamPlus subscription online (which I purchased for a year) and it being recognized by my phone. I can’t seem to enable “pet detection” because it wants me to order another CamPlus subscription on my phone even though I have already linked it to my camera. How do I enable pet detection without having to purchase concurrent subscriptions?

I have seen this in the past with some other users. You may need to goose your app to dump it’s old cache data and pull new data from the server:

  • Insure your App and your Cam Firmware are up to date.

  • Insure your CamPlus subscription is active in Account → Services and your Cam is assigned

  • Account → App Settings → Clear (Cache); Account → Sign Out; Close App; Force Close App from OS; Reopen App; test.

  • Unassign the cam from CP, clear the cache sequence again :point_up:, reassign the cam to CP, test.

  • Unassign cam from CP; Delete cam from app; Clear Cache again :point_up:; reinstall cam; assign to CP; test.
