Cam Plus Person detection not working on most cameras

I subscribe to Cam Plus. I have (2) Cam Pan v3 and (2) Cam v3 (floodlights) in the front of my house. (1) of the Pan v3 and (1) of the Cam v3 Floodlights detect persons in the event logs. The other two cameras do not, even though they have Person detection on - they’re triggered as “motion” events only. I’m noticing this on the others around the property, Person detection is enabled, and they’re only getting “motion” events, not person events.

I’ve tried “resetting services” for each, but those cams not detection Persons are not recording those events as person events, but motion still.

Is there something wrong w/ the service or is this a firmware issue?

Another user reported a similar issue and found out their ISP XFinity modem router XB7 Gateway firewall was causing events to no longer be recognized as smart events (person) even though he has Cam Plus and everything was just “Motion”.
