Cam plus member here and cams stopped recording

What the hell man both pan cam and other stopped recording today at 5:21 am today. Updated both software other day and now this bs . What is going on ?

I have 5 v2 cams on CPL. they aren’t recording either.

try removing the cameras from Cam Plus and then add them back again. you will need to ensure your Event Recording section and Notifications are setup correctly afterwards

Thank you just so I am aware, you are getting no events recorded? And everything is enabled? What kind of cam?

V3 / SD Storage.
Everything is set up the same as it has been for the last year.
I haven’t changed anything, the events just stopped populating.

Could you try turning off the AI Recording and see if you start getting any events?

I don’t have AI enabled.

Since the firmware update several days ago all my V3 cameras are permanently “offline”. This is really annoying.

Facing the same issue, restarting the device enables the recording but after sometime it stops recording. Any solution or reason?
