At random intervals my two V’s will stop recording events. A reboot of the camera from the app solves the problem and they start recording again until the next random time they stop. Both are up to date, app is up to date.
Anyone else have this issue or a fix?
When they stop recording, does the cam still show as On in the device list? Are you still able to live stream them?
When this happens, before you power cycle, have you verified that the “Event Recording” & “Record Motion Events” toggles are still on?
Do you have any Rules that may have “Turn Off Motion Detection” as an Action on that cam? Is there any Rules History for this?
Is the cam shared to anyone else?
