As the title states, my camera came with three months of free access. The problem is, the only option I can see is t sign up for two weeks free. Does anyone know how I can get the three months that are promised?
The cams that were sold with the 3 months free Cam Plus (I believe the two packs sold by Home Depot at half price… I bought 6 boxes but as gifts for others… Still have 1 box left on the shelf) should be automatically recognized by the app using the Cam MAC address to add the 3 month subscription.
If it isn’t doing this, I would contact Customer Support so they can look into why that isn’t happening. They should be able to verify the MAC for the cam sold in the promotional pack.
