Did you follow up with Support also?
If you pull the card and on a computer look at what’s recorded, do you see any recent recordings? Since you formatted it you may have nothing, but if anything recorded since you formatted should stull be there.
I recommend high endurance cards for these cameras. Those types of cards can handle the high amount of write/overwrite that the camera local recording causes.
I submitted a log about a month ago never heard anything. I havent had good support service in the past with my video doorbell and I seem to get better info from forum .
