The order of the cams in my live group suddenly changed to a random order.. I have 12 cams listed in a specific order. I’ve attempted to change the order back six times already. It holds until I turn the device off and then on again. It happens on both my phone and iPad. Anyone else experience this?

Camera grouping orders got changed to “default". I reordered back to close to the original order, then it changed back to the " default” order.
This “reordering” happened to device list quite a while age. But today it happened to camera grouping orders too.
Also I had no idea how the “default order" was made by the app. For example, for my Yahoo Mail folders, I did 001,… 002… to order the folders manually.
Did anyone encounter this problem.?
App and cameras are all updated to latest.

I too am experiencing this on 3 different devices (android, IPad and IPhone). I tried to log out of all devices and back in, reordered and they go back to some other order.
I’ve seen that some users here have also posted to Entries in DEVICE tab re-order back to default, but I believe that’s an older issue discussing shuffling of tiles on the Devices tab.
Regarding this present issue, I’m seeing it in a couple of Cam groups as I view them in the Android production Wyze app v3.9.0.739. The new device order within the group appears to roughly (but not reliably) correspond to each Cam’s Activation Date, or at least that’s what I seem to be seeing.
So far I’ve tried reordering one group and saving that, but the order seems to be reset when I open the group again.
I’ve tried reordering a couple of different camera groups now. When I finish the reorder and Save to go back to the group view, the cameras appear in the order I just set; however, if I back out to the Home screen and then tap back into the group, the camera order has reset to whatever this supposed “default” seems to be.
I suspect Wyze is doing something server side, as I’m seeing other users report this now, but that’s only a guess at this point.
Several community volunteers have been able to confirm seeing this, as well. We’ve pinged someone at Wyze to try to get more information.
Yes, that appears to be the order. Two v2s are at the top, followed by v3s, v3 pro, pan v3, OGs and window cam. Thanks for that observation.

Yep, seeing the same problem. Running latest WyzeBeta app on andriod, Everything is up to date, latest firmware/software, etc. Problem just started sometime today (15Jan2026), as camera groups were in correct order (as last edited by me long ago) last night. Really annoying.

I just noticed same, and no matter what I do I can’t change it. Can’t find any help articles either.
I experienced same issue 1/15. Order of devices will revert to same default setting.
Having the same issue. Is annoying because I put in an order that the 3 main cameras I want to view are always at the top, followed by the other in a logical order. Now they’re all over the place.
I managed to appear to have held. but then it didn’t. What’s happened that suddenly seems everyone is having this issue?? How can we get back to having our cameras in the order we want to have them in?

Android, iOS and iPadOS are affected. To me it appears to be a server issue for app versions 3.x. My 2.50.x app versions are unaffected.
Issue seems to be affecting all of us. Please fix this ASAP, Wyze!
