Thew new Cam Duo Doorbell does not provide an ability to configure the Wyze Lock Bolt next to it. I have the older Wyze Video Doorbell Pro and it can unlock the Wyze Lock Bolt. Will this be fixed ?

I asked the product manager about this during Wyze Week: [image] Reddit AMA w/Product Managers - 2pm PT 10/25/2024 Will the Duo Cam Doorbell be able to work with the Lock Bolt in the future like the other Video Doorbells, since it has Bluetooth capabilities? If not, why not? Will you be making a…

Wyze really needs to take more advantage of this forum and the Mavens feeding stuff back, rather than you asking questions via Reddit. A quick browse of this forum would show them some of the most common complaints/requests and mavens/regulars can also summarize feedback to them. My company has a …

Employees do browse the forums a lot more than people realize. [image] dave27: the wishlist seems essentially ignored It’s not. Jason indicates that he mostly syncs it with their internal system. Other higher ups like the VP of product have indicated that they review the wishlist weekly. In…

When I was invited to their HQ, I had conversations with many employees who talked me to about their browsing of the forums, etc. Several have also said s…

If that’s true (and I have no reason to doubt you) that’s great. Just seemed odd that you have to interact with them through AMAs and survey responses. Seems inefficient, they have resources (mavens) that you’d think they’d want to interact directly with for feedback. Just reminds me of my own ex…

I would like to see the integration happen soon. I have the same issue and would really like to see this happen. Ive been waiting moths for an answer to your very queation.

The dual camera doorbell is also Bluetooth just like the doorbell that currently links now. When i purchased the new dual camera doorbell, the sales agent at wyze said the link would not be far off because it is also Bluetooth like doorbell pro. So it should not be a difficult thing to do. [Scree…
