I do know it does not link at this time. When I purchased the same combo, knowing it didnt link yet but tech rep did say since its bluetooth, that it should be coming soon. I purchased same combo in the hopes it links sooner than later. Fingers crossed that Wyze gets smart and does the integration between the lock bolt and dual camera.

Does anyone else have a lock bolt lock and a doorbell duo camera? When i was buying it from wyze last year, the sales rep stated that the dual camer doorbell was bluetooth just like the doorbell pro and since the pro integrated with the lick bolt so you can controll the lock bolt from app anywhere, that it would be a short time before wyze intergrated the new dual camera doorbell. Almost six moths waiting patiently and nothing. Lol. I guess not enough people have to combo and want the integration.
The dual camera doorbell is also Bluetooth just like the doorbell that currently links now. When i purchased the new dual camera doorbell, the sales agent at wyze said the link would not be far off because it is also Bluetooth like doorbell pro. So it should not be a difficult thing to do.
Actually, the Duo Doorbell is both BlueTooth and WiFi. I understand what you are asking for, hence you need to make sure it has been added to the Wish List, which it has

As you can see one has bluetooth 5.0 and the other is dependent on bluetooth. Not sure why Wyze wont integrate the 2.

I have the Palm Lock and Duo Doorbell. There’s a configuration setting for the doorbell to tie it to a lock, but the only option is to enable/disable direct lock and unlock.
So @Wyze has BT support on the new Duo Cam but isn’t giving us ability to connect to Wyze Lock Bolt (BT)… and they want to force us to buy the new Palm Lock to get that software access. And here I thought Wyze was for the people and not trying to milk everyone for more money…
I’ve been requesting this for a year and a half. Before I purchased the camera doorbell duo, customer service said since it had bt and wifi, that the integration would come, so I bought both. It never happened and like you said, they are forcing customers to but new, which I will say, I’m done buying anything wyze until they make some simple changes and add the ability to likn these 2.
Honestly the new palm reader lock is pretty great. I’m moving the older fingerprint lock to the backyard door for another convenient entry for family and older kids. I ended up getting the new lock to make it easier for my young kids to independently unlock the door (and stop screaming for me to hurry up).
I sympathize with receiving the wrong information though! I can confirm the duo cam can unlock the door while viewing the doorbell video feed. My father was fumbling with the code (he never could get it correct) and while talking him through it, I noticed an unlock icon. To my surprise and joy it unlocked! If I knew that was a feature, I would’ve purchased the 2 much much earlier!
