Either fix your broken software or start buying this broken crap back. This stuff was great, then you seem to have hired some over seas developers because the software is just absolutely useless. Fix it or refund my money!

I hear your frustration, but can you provide any details as to what your issues are?

Yup, new interface and its garbage, It takes forever to load to live view and trying watch recorded events is impossible, the previous version at least worked. I’ve only got 4 cams, looks like I will be looking for a new brand unless they fix this buggy version or revert back.
One thing is certain, I’m not going to wait months for find out.

Wow. I have 8 cams and everything works fine. Sounds like a refund and a fresh outlook would ease your sorrows.

It’s a shame Apple folk can’t revert to 2.5 like Android folk can by ‘sideloading’ an APK file. I do sympathize and advocate for them here:

I have 18 cameras and a bunch of other devices and not having any issues on iOS or Android.
I would clear cache from the app by going to account, app settings and the clear cache.
Then log out of the app, but make sure you know your password and 2FA if needed. Restart your phone, login and try again.
