I have old and new white bulbs, and color. I have to keep re connecting them.
- All have the most current firmware.
- Small duplex so everything is close to the router one is literally 3’ away.
- Cache has been cleared several times.
- Router has been reset several times.
- The only ones I haven’t had problems with are the 2 white bulbs I bought this year.
- 1 color bulb and 1 white bulb will not connect to the app and the color one is in the same room as the router.
- I have several tablets and my cell, does not matter which device I use same problem.
Very technical person been building computers for over 4 decades I’m a geek an audiophile and a videophile, I use the latest technology, I have been tech support for Hewlett-Packard, Google, I T support various companies.
This issue is driving me nuts…
