Bulb power question

Wyze bulb question:

I want to install one in a lamp that will occasionally be shut off via a power switch, occasionally controlled by the app.

My question is this:
Let’s say I set a power level of 40%, and choose a color temp via the app, then flip the switch off. Will the bulb come back on to the same settings when the switch is next turned on? Or??

Yes it will.

Just to add a second verification as @Newshound says, yes it will, I have a light that is connected to a switch that gets powered off until near sunset and the bulb will come back on with the setting it was at when turned off.

I have lost power to my bulbs several times, and they all keep their settings. I really like my Wyze bulbs.
