How to keep light bulb off

If Wyze turns light bulb off how can we keep it off or disable until Wyze turns back on??? If Wyze turns LB off I can physically turn LB back on we do not want that i.e. closet contains valuables we do not want to give the bad guy light to see what to take.

If you mean what happens if you turn the power off and on, there is a setting for the bulb that tells it to either power on or use the last state set by the app, so off.

Thanks WildBill that did exactly what we needed, the lights stayed off because the last state was off. However, if I power on/off twice quickly say within one second the last state is overridden and the lights comes back on. This will work ok since the brightness set @ 1% and color blue remain as is.
