Browser compatibility issue when signing into app on iPhone

Did you happen to visit the topic mentioned in an earlier post? I believe some advice in that other topic mentions temporarily disabling a browser setting that’s blocking pop-ups, and I know that for Android users sometimes it’s necessary to change a browser setting that allows content to open in other apps (because part of the Wyze app login process is conducted by a browser, and the browser needs to be able to pass the authenticated login credential back to the app when it’s done).

I’m not an iOS user, but I hope that this helps or that someone who actually does use iOS can jump in and provide some assistance.
