The wyze app hangs after I click “Get Started”

When I open the app, it presents me with a screen called “Get Started”. When I touch “Get Started” it just hangs.

Welcome to the Forum, @mre5565! Does the Wyze app seem like it’s attempting to open a browser at all, or is your experience that the app itself isn’t even getting that far? I’m wondering if something like this would help:

N.B.: I’m not an iOS user but have been following another topic about Android users having difficulty logging in to the Wyze app, and in that discussion it seems like many of the issues come down to choice of browser and/or browser settings.

I tried that before posting.

Good news is this morning it started working.
