I’m running Bluestacks App Player which is an Android Emulator for Windows desktop, I’m able to install the Wyze cam on it but all my cameras are stuck in ‘Loading Live Stream…’, everything works fine on my iPhone, but live stream won’t load on the wyze app in bluestack on my desktop, any ideas?

I get the same issue after I upgraded firmware to the cameras. What’s the solution?
i’m planning on downgrading my firmware today on my v4 cams.

Looks like downgrading the firmware back to 4.52.9.4188 (September 15, 2025) fixed the issue for me. Now I have to do that for my other 3 cameras, sigh.

Curious as to what Wyze version you’re running. I have to run the old v2.50.6(469) in order for me to view the cameras. For some reason, any versions after that, all my feeds won’t load and will be stuck on ‘Loading Live Stream…’

The 2.5 app won’t work with the latest v4 firmware as listed in the release notes, so that would be your issue.
That’s very interesting because I can’t get any videos to load past waze app v2.5, also running latest bluestacks app player Android 11. All my cams have the latest firmware too with the exception of the V4s which I just rolled it back to the same exact firmware you’re running (firmware 4.52.9.4188).
Are you able to get the videos to load on the latest waze app v3.9.1?

Just updated to wyze app 3.9.0.739
Only Wyze cam v2 firmware 4.9.9.3006 would run on this app if started individually in Bluestacks app player Android 11.
Have returned to wyze app v3.7.8 (702) all in the previous post are running live view, events sd card view.
i do not have a subscription.

What about Wyze cam V3? Which app version and cam firmware version should I use? Still stuck 
Can you help me with the links to these firmware? Just for Cam V3 and Pan V3
Why don’t the Wyze engineers just fix this? I have 10 cameras to monitor stray cats that we are trying to rescue and pulling the cards from all of them and reloading previous versions of firmware is ridiculous. Has anyone found an easier fix for this problem?
