I have a Samsung phone and the app is working fine with my two cameras (Cam Pan and Cam PanV3), but I mostly depend on Bluestacks for convenience when checking live feed and recording videos. All firmware is the latest Bluestacks included. Yesterday the Cam Pam V3 prompted a firmware update so I agreed, did so from my phone. A bit later I booted up Bluestacks, and the Cam Pan which didn’t get the update was working fine, but the V3 which did update lost the live feed. First fix I tried was to uninstall the Wyze app in Bluestacks, but then on reinstall in the Google Play store I get the message this app is available only for your other devices. What the hell??? I tried a couple different Android emulators (LD Player and Noxplayer), and the same message happens, just won’t let me install. I learned about APK files, and tried that route but it’s the same thing I can’t get the Wyze app to install. Hopefully somebody here knows a fix because Google is not helping me.
You’ll need to provide additional details so the forum community can better provide help. To start, need to state:
- Phone model
- Android version
- Wyze app version currently loaded
- Cam Pan v3 firmware version
- BlueStacks version
