Issue with iPhone Notifications for V3-Pro Camera
When I receive notifications like “person detected on xx camera” on my iPhone, I press and hold the notification to see a preview/thumbnail of the event without opening the app. However, I only get a blank (black) screen. This issue occurs only with my V3-Pro camera, which is on Cam-Plus.
Details:
- Happens whether the iPhone is locked or unlocked.
- Occurs with both popup notifications and from the pull-down screen.
- Happens whether the app is closed or open in the background.
This problem has been ongoing for months. Despite updates, resetting, and restarting the camera multiple times, and following troubleshooting steps, the issue persists.
I’ve read that this is a somewhat known issue, but I’m looking for a fix or to escalate the problem.
