Missing Notification Thumbnail iPhone

I have a Cam3 that I used to be able to see a thumbnail for a video event when I held down the notification popup on my iPhone (either in lockscreen or if the notification came down from the top). Since the latest update, my camera has been sending me double notifications and I can no longer see the thumbnails when I hold them down.

I got my father-in-law into the Cam3 as well, and he recently shared some of the feeds with my account. Whenever I get a notification from his cameras, I can hold the notification and see a thumbnail of the event. But I still can’t for my specific camera.

Is this a bug? Did the update mess up a setting somewhere? I’ve unplugged and replugged my camera back into the wall but all that did was fix the offline icon issue.

I am sorry this is happening, I would like to help figure this out but I have a few questions.

  1. When you say ‘since the latest update’. which update are you referring to?
  2. Could you tell me what app version you are using?
  3. Could you tell me what version of firmware the affected camera is using?

  1. The latest firmware update to the camera, as relayed to me via the phone app.

  2. I am running the latest iPhone app version. 2.37.2.1, I believe

  3. My camera firmware version is 4.36.10.2864
