Monitoring page in app will not load, leaving us no way to disarm our system while away. Help!!!
Mine does that when I have no internet on my phone. Make sure you don’t have a VPN enabled blocking the app from accessing the internet. Possible solution steps:
Clear App Cache in Account → App Settings, sign out and sign back in.
Uninstall app and reinstall.
