Battery Pack power source for Pan Cam V3

Has anyone set up a Pan Cam V3 with a solar battery pack?

I am experimenting with one but this particular model battery shuts off at some interval ( not certain what dictates the timing) but wanted to see if anyone uses this method to mount in an area with no power

One of the first things that comes to mind is this:

Searching solar battery #cam-pan-v3 turned up this:

I’m sure you can find plenty of other examples if you tweak your Forum search, and one thing you’ll want to keep in mind for Cam Pan v3 is its higher power requirement when compared to other Wyze Cams: If you note the product information, that model ships with a 5V âŽ“ 2A power adapter instead of the 5V âŽ“ 1A adapter that powers most cameras.

If I were to guess, I’d say battery is depleted.

A lot of battery banks have a minimum power draw to keep them from auto powering off. Some have a “trickle charge mode” that will keep it on for 2 to 4 hours no matter what the draw. However I know when using my older aukey 20k mah bank when setting up my cams they drew enough to keep it powered on, so it may just be a “trial and error” thing.

Or as @habib said, could just be that the batteries are drained, then charge up a bit, then drain, etc.
