My BCP will not connect, i bought the two pack and one works okay the other just wont do it. are there live bodies at Wyze anymore cause I havent talked to one.

Can you provide a bit more information:

When you say it will not connect, are you seeing it going through the connection process and then it crashes or goes back to the main screen? or does it hang on a certain step of the logon process

Was there an error code?

What App version are using trying this on?
When connecting to the camera, your phone and camera need to be on the same network, I would try to connect it to your network in the warmth of your home first. Then put it where it belongs.
To answer your more direct question: There are live individuals at Wyze. Go to the Chat Session and enter in Live Agent and then follow the prompts. you can also ask it for a phone number as well
