Battery cam pro will not connect

I cannot finish the setup as it refuses to connect to the network at all. Starlink is what I have, right now there is no password and the iphone with the app is sitting right next to the camera. All of my wired cameras worked fine on setup

I have the exact same issue. Were you able to resolve your issue and connect to your network? If you did please explain how you did it.

All three of my Battery Cam Pros dropped their connection at around noon today and I still cannot reconnect.

Okay - shortly after I posted this I managed to get them back. Do not ask what I did. Just retried connecting after getting error code -5 a number of times, they came back ?

Can you make any suggestions on how to get my Battery Cam Pro to connect to my network? Anything you did.

I wish I knew what it was I did. I know I went outside and rebooted one camera that was easy to get to and dropped the battery then put it back in, but I did not touch the other cameras and they were all back on when I came in so I doubt that was it… Sorry…

My issue now is that the BCP do not seem to record events to the web portal. just to the sd card.
