4 Battery Cam Pros showing network errors

I have 4 Batter Cam Pros, fully charged on a known good wifi (i tested it). I have power cycled each camera by pulling the battery and replacing it. They work immediately after the power cycle, then the next time i try to connect its a network error again. It says “Failed to connect: Error code 5”. I also get error code 10 and 20.

Is this related to the outage?

I have 3 and they have same problem, they still record though, my other non battery cam pros don’t have this issue, including the first generation of battery cameras work fine, must be an issue at Wyze.

2 days later and they still show No connection on all 4 devices. Power cycled multiple times.

The other post reported that the next morning everything stated working for them. Not the case for me with 4 cameras unusable.

Please try logging completely out of the app.

Wyze app → Account Tab → Account → Log out (upper right)

then log back in and see if that brings them back online.

Close app, clear cache, restart phone worked for me.
Wyze, please fix this problem.
