My outdoor came base station just dropped off the internet for no reason and now it won’t reconnect. I was just going to get a new base station but it’s been sold out for the past two weeks. Actually pretty much all the outdoor cam stuff is sold out. Do they still sell the cam outdoor?
It has been more than two weeks. They haven’t had any WCO v1 or v2 for a long time and they never sold just the base.I don’t hink they will ever have them for sale. There are some for sale on Amazon and other sites but the prices are nuts and not worth the trouble. If you delete the base or the cams from the app while offline they will never set up again. Have you pulled the power plug and then plugged it back in?
Is it connected to the router via ethernet? What does the LED light on the base do just flash blue?
I’ve tried pretty much everything. I had it connected using an Ethernet cable. It was working fine until I did the 3.0 update then it just stopped. The first time I tried to reconnect it, it flashed blue like it was supposed to but it never connected. Now it’s solid orange for a minute when you first plug it in then nothing after that.
Just another good reason for me not to update the iOS app to 3.0. I want my base to make it to it’s 4 years old birthday party on 4 November 2024.
