I have moved and am trying to reinstall the base station for my outdoor cams. The light turns blue but on the installation page where you hit next, it’s greyed out. Help
Since you moved did you setup the new wifi same as it was before?
I hope you did not delete the base from the app while it was off line. 
Are you sure your phone is on the same 2.4 network that the base is plugged into?
I’ve never seen a greyed out next page
I was told to change the WiFi to delete the base and reinstall it.

That’s makes me want to switch companies.
No Factory reset. Maybe you should consider getting cams that don’t require a base and just connect to your local network. Yeah I know getting power to the cams is always an issue but it can be done if your really want to have cams recording.
I have four of the old WCO v1 cams and base that are almost 4 years in service and when they stop working I’m not getting any more battery powered cams from any company.
