Auto-Renew Confusion on Website

Not sure if this is the right place, but there is a confusion when purchasing a CAMplus account. On the website it gives you date it says it will auto renew, but when I contacted an agent she says it’s wrong and it won’t auto-renew. So, I’m not sure who to believe. If it doesn’t auto-renew, it shouldn’t say that, if it does, I should be able to get staff to cancel the auto renew. WAY too confusing.

The subscription should automatically renew on that date with the same information used to purchase the first year’s subscription. Of support tells you this date is inaccurate, then it may be. I’m not sure why it would be. You will be able to cancel the subscription if it renews.
