Not sure if this is the right place, but there is a confusion when purchasing a CAMplus account. On the website it gives you date it says it will auto renew, but when I contacted an agent she says it’s wrong and it won’t auto-renew. So, I’m not sure who to believe. If it doesn’t auto-renew, it shouldn’t say that, if it does, I should be able to get staff to cancel the auto renew. WAY too confusing.
