Call me crazy. But there is some else’s camera audio going through my camera. Not sure if it from neighbors or through wifi. Some one was talking to their daughters. Some audio was loud enough I could understand part of the conversation and I see that I’m not the only one that’s had this problem we need to check into it cuz I could be sending my audio to somebody else.

Contact security@wyze.com from the email account your Wyze account is through and your app version number. Give them as many details as possible, including your cameras’ Mac address. They’ll investigate.

I’ve reported a similar issue with my WYSE Floodlight Camera V3… the audio is almost ghost like… I hear what sounds like someones voice and there static frequently. I’ve tried a different Floodlight Camera in the same location and it also picks up the static and what seems like voices. I have a Arlo camera in the same spot and the audio on it is crisp. I’m guessing its due to the all plastic case on the WYSE camera allowing electrical interference. I’ve offered to capture recordings for support… I don’t feel this issue will be fixed by firmware… it’s been weeks and I’ve heard nothing back
