Same issue here in Connecticut. Starting around 4 or 5 am I heard one of my Cams restarting with the click noises and then every 20 minutes or so it keeps restarting. The others are all flashing. The app is just a black screen when I open it.

Same in Ohio. App will not connect to server, device list will not update, Deleted App and logged back in. Nothing is connecting to my app. Same with the web-based account. Can only see 2 of my 10 cameras on my app, Can see nothing with my online account.

The app does not respond, One of four cameras is on line. Alexa can turn some lights off and on.

AI will control everything, but that is the plan.

Good question.

They better have a person’s account information stored because like you, it will take me forever to add back all the devices and rules. Grrr

My alarm system went off when i left the house at 7am. I have the system set to disarm at 5:30am so definitely upset about this. Woke my whole family up scared.

Wyze started out good, but month after only the downward spiral continues.

Uh, a Wyze outage IS Wyze’s fault especially their lack of response.

Wow. SO glad I decided not to use them for an alarm system. I can’t imagine.

I am also experiencing the same issues with the app/account. I am unable to acces my cameras and now the cameras no longer exist on the app.

In Ohio…my services are beginning to come back onliine…10:00am ET, Maybe 10% fixed. Still 90% to go. Now able to log into my app account. Device list finally is showing. Most of my cameras are not connecting and the firmware will not update yet. 10:30ET. Now it is getting worse. Lost all of my camera connections.

3:15pm ET. My services are 90% restored. Still have one camera that is not online.

Same issue Toronto, ON Canada. No devices attached to my account. App is mostly frozen and when does finally open it shows no devices anymore.

As another poster had said, my V3 camera seems to be weathering the storm and working through this problem, but all my older V2 cameras just keep spinning
