Same issue in Vancouver BC. V3 is back online. All the older cameras are offline. It’s been very annoying. But also shows how reliant I am on these devices.

Wyze is the most unstable platform running the most unstable devices. Do yourself a favor and buy kasa or even better ring equipment.
Still out in North Carolina. Starting to look for other security cameras which are more reliable.

All cams but one still out. We unplugged to reset them all this morning but that one so now the rest say device offline and tell me to check my internet or unplug. The only thing that didn’t go offline were the two smart plugs

5 hours after AWS went down, the official Wyze comment is that they have “received information that there may be outages and are investigating “. Seriously? How disconnected can you be…
Not where I am. It came back for 2 mins and gone again
All me devices are showing up finally. All of them are online except one. I will try the reset steps. Maybe they are showing some recovery but it’s still no 100% up and running.

this isnt the first time this happens, in fact it has been hapenning so frequently. But that’s not what upsets me. What upsets me is that you dont let your users know theres a problem and we get stuck trying to find out whats going on on our own. I had to buy emergency cameras from Roku. Hopefully they work better and i won’t have to use your products anymore. I wish i had four hands so I can give you 4 thumbs down

My newer cams are working now, but since this am the older gen 1 cams are all offline for unknown reasons
Same. One up ,4 down, 2 up then others down. What the heck, it always something and these cam lately, there were so good when they first started out.
2/16/2024 7:24 AM PT - We are aware of an issue with our AWS partner which has impacted device connection and caused login difficulties. We are taking steps to mitigate the problem on our end as we work with AWS to resolve the issue.

Don’t hold your breath. Mine is now up, but most of my camera are still offline.
Come on, Wyze. You must have done an update overnight and now the devices we bought and paid for along with services like alarm system or CamPlus. I use my cams to keep an eye on my neurotic dog while I am at work and I can’t see her! I got a quick glimpse when my office cam came up (of course it is down again) and I need to know what she is doing. Fix your freaking system.

Wyze app working but shows cameras offline… But when I select them, I can see the camera working. Those that don’t, I try to reinitialize but wyze app won’t work for that.
Screwy…I hope they fix it soon.
