App crashes when playing back a camera

The wyze app crashes everytime I hit playback button in all cameras!! I’ve reboot, reinstall the app and still crashes everytime I want to playback. Anyone else with this issue??? Please help!

Can you provide a bit more information? Can you let us know:

  • The Wyze iOS App Version you are running
  • The iOS version you are running
  • Camera Models you are experiencing this with

I have both iOS and Android and will verify as well.

Also, can you let us know if you have contacted Wyze and received a ticket number and if you provided a log for the issue?

Hi, I have the same problem with the app. I deleted the app re-installed it, reboot the camaras, the network and I still have the problem. I am an IOS user version 17.5.1 app version 2.50.6.1

Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same issue cannot watch playback on iPhone or iPad.
iPhone details are:
iOS 17.5.1
App 2.50.7 (10)
Camera 4.36.11.8391

Same issue for months several different accounts iPhone models iPads nothing seems to fix the issue
